Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Because we deal with food goods we must insist that the product has not been opened or compromised in any way for you to access a full refund (minus postage costs).   Returns are at the senders expense and won't be reimbursed unless the cause of return was ours.

2. Mail your returned item to  (this must arrive no later than 14-days after you've secured a return):

3. Include in your package a signed letter/note stating the reason for your return and , where applicable, the original invoice. 
4. We'd recommend obtaining a proof of posting or a "signed" service for your piece of mind
5. Once received we will aim to process your return with-in 14 days.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include teas and coffees of any variety.

Merchandise that has been damaged (after delivery), used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


We do not offer exchanges again due to the nature of the products stocked.  If you have, however, purchased a non-food item (tea pot, tea pouches, cafetiere etc)  you may exchange your item for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay your return shipping and shipping on the new product ordered.
